Using the IBC

The Stampin' Up! Idea Book and Catalog is really a great resource for layouts and color combinations. Here is a simple example. This card is copied nearly exactly from page 90 of the IBC (no... I don't have the black gingham ribbon... what am I thinking?!). It's a great card that I would be happy to send out. But, I can use this as the inspiration for another card. Here is a totally different card that uses the layout from the IBC. I could even have turned the layout on it's side or switched things right to left. The IBC layout gave me a quick and easy starting point that I can easily make my own! Our catalog is sooo cool! I guess that's why it keeps winning the Creating Keepsakes award for best idea book. ~:-D
